The first time you log on, you will need to establish a Logon ID and Security Code/Password that is different from your current one. To do this simply follow these three (3) steps by using information you already know.

STEP 1: At the top of the Homepage will be a menu bar. To the right of the menu Bar, it says “Online Banking Login”. Click on the words and the logon fields will appear. Click on the word “Enroll”.

STEP 2: When you click Enroll, a new window will open titled “Enroll in Online Banking”.

• Check the box next to “I am not a robot” and click “Continue”.

• When you click ”Continue”, a new window will appear asking you to enter:
• Your Member Account Number
• The last four (4) digits of your Social Security Number
• The number of your street address
• Click “Next”

STEP 3: A new window will appear to establish your login credentials. 

• Logon ID:  You will need to create a unique username to log in  This will need to be different from your account number.
• Security Code: Commonly known as a password.  You will key in and confirm your Security Code.
• Click “Enroll”

A small green window will appear indicating you have successfully enrolled. You will then be given the option to “click here” to log on using your new credentials.

When you enroll in Online Banking your initial password is the last 4 digits of your social security number.

If for some reason you are unable to log into online banking you can do one of three things.

• From the Online Banking login screen select forgot my security code. This will allow you to reset the password yourself.
• You can call the credit union and we will walk you through resetting your password.
• Visit us at the Branch.
